Cabrita is a cafeteria created in 2020 in Mendoza, Argentina. Today, it has two branches located in busy areas of the province. The cafeteria was created with the aim of offering people a break from everyday noise and seeks to promote conscious capitalism. This approach involves providing dishes with real ingredients and personalized attention, allowing customers to enjoy mindful moments in their daily lives. Later, they introduced the bakery as a new business model, always maintaining the essence of what they do. They focus on offering healthy products, essential for nutrition, and avoid large-scale production to personally control each stage of the manufacturing process. This allows them to maintain a fine and special product, ideal for sharing and enjoying in company.
The objective of this architectural and design project is to give “soul” to “LA PANA” highlighted by its natural processes in its elaboration, located on “Beltran and Juan B. Justo street, Godoy Cruz”. This proposal will serve to consolidate the proposed design system.
